    Zhang Jin, Pan Yikun, Sun Liangyu from Class 8 Grade 10, and Fu Yijun from Class 6 Grade 10 picked up 450 RMB while they were visiting Beijing Zoo. They handed in the money to the Service Center in the zoo. They were highly priased for their honesty.
    These four students have set an good example to the rest of us. Good virtue is the base of the success of Beijing 2008 Olympics. We hope everyone learn from these honest students.

        Teachers and students, altogether 19 visitors, from Sunthonphu Pittaya Secondary School has finished the two-week exchange program in our school. The students experienced various classes, such as Chinese Music(by Shi Quan), Taiji Sword(by Sun Dan), Traditional Sports (by Wang Kehai), Peking Opera(by Wang Peitong), Chinese Paper Cutting(by Wen Hong), Traveling in Beijing(by Gao Guoxin), and Customs in Beijing(by Yuan Zheng). All these courses helped the Tailand students to have a better understanding of Chinese culture. They also entered the daily classes to study with the Chinese students.
    
    The guests felt great about this experience in China. The Tailand teacher said," We have enjoyed the fantastic culture classes and experienced interesting after class activities. We also visited many places of interests. And we've tasted some food and fruit which are rare in our country. Students have had many new friends. They are intelligent, lovely, friendly and dilligent. Our students learn from both inside and outside the classroom. The experience they have got will be of great benefit and will never be forgotten.
A farewell party was held on April 11th. Priciple Shi Yanlun and Mrs Wang Deqian( Dean of International Exchange Department) joined the teachers and students. Priciple Shi gave a speech. The two schools exchanged gifts. And Tailand students put on wonderful performaces. The teachers from Tailand hoped that teachers and students from our school would visit their school later.

    Beijing Students' Astronomy Quiz Competition, Astronomical Observation Essay Competition and Astonomical Photography Competition were held early this year. Students from our school took part in the competitions and got excellent result.

Second prize winners are Zou Zongren, Lu Bokun, Sun Xinlei, Zhang Xuege, Li Wenyu, Chen Hongping, Yan Shi, Wang Huaiyu, and Guo Mate.

Second prize winner is Chen Guang. Third prize winner is Liu Zhenchang.

Beijing Students' Astonomical Photography Competition
First prize winner is Chen Guang.

Mrs. Shi Lili, Gao Guoxin and Ma Liping are the tutors helping the students to prepare for the competitions and they have been honored Excellent Tutor. Mrs Shi Lili and Mrs Gao Guoxin have been admitted into the Haidian Astronomy Olympic Project.

       In the 28th Beijing Youth Science Creation Competition, Yang Mulong(Grade 11) and Jin kanjie(Grade 11) won the first prize. The tutor of Yang Mulong is Mr. Ding Bohua.
